Fall of the Wagon
FleetingConcept in gtd, when you cannot update or follow the system anymore or you stop trusting the system. It is suggested to take some time then to perform the weekly review so that you can trust the system again.
Also, if you manage to create an habit of using the system, you might fall less often.
But don’t worry, falling of the wagon is expected and normal.
