Personal Problem vs Systemic Problem Fallacy
FleetingWhen people believe that someone screwed up when the system likely caused the issue.
Ofter, people don’t have the vocabulary to think the system and then don’t see that the system might be put into question1.
Linked to Hanlon’s razor because when we don’t think about the system, we may tend to believe that people are bad by seeing the results. Also, blame the game, not the players is another way of saying that sometimes it is better to consider the system and realize that the players only do what they are incentived to.
