Hanlon's Razor

By default, suppose that people are cooperative and clumsy rather than uncooperative.

By default, suppose that you are in the same team, that you play the game of cooperation together and that everything else is misunderstanding.

Also, suppose that when you think people don’t do their best, blame the game, not the players, remember that often the system is perfectly designed to generate the result it did and assume that the person is actually doing per best.

If you think that you do your best and try to follow stuffs like the four agreements. This razor is supposing that other does the same.

Linked to the retrospective bias. After the facts, it is harder for us to understand how things could go wrong and why such past decision were made. It is then easy to early conclude that someone screwed up.
