According to Daniel Kahneman, even being educated about system 1/2 and cognitif biases won’t protect us. We will still make the same mistakes.

The solution might be in organisations, where decision procedures are slower and written down, so that there is room for improvement after all.

There are a few tips though, to try to improve ones everyday decisions. Like losing your temper when being anchored.
