  • The hammer to differentiate between the tool and the method. You can even have a very nice and optimized hammer, it won’t help you painting. In other terms, as you don’t use a hammer to paint, don’t use a tool to apply a method that has nothing to do with it.
  • The team as a boat crew. There are always people paddling, people leading and people defining what is the goal.
