1. remove one pin by simply moving it down and up from the strap

1. cut at a short length of wire

1. insert the wire so that the wire get in the crimp section

1. prepare the crimping tool

1. insert to keep seeing the lock (don’t harm it)

1. insert with pliers to make the crimp fit

1. gently pull until you hear the click
