To Have a Common Objective Is Like Steering a Boat Together
Fleeting- we think we have the same objective, but it might well be actually not be the case
- we might not agree of the path to take
- one is most likely to want harder to have the steering wheel and the other will likely let go of this task
- hence the boat will end being steered by only one person
I think to work together, both people need to discuss regularly on the common objective and how they think they want to achieve it.
