Team/Boat Metaphor
Fleeting
- people paddle to make the team go forward,
- a limited amount of people are at the helm,
- the boat has a direction, the common goal of the team,
- everyone needs to make the effort in the direction of the goal or the journey will be harder,
- hence the need for
- all the team members to be sure they understand the goal, or they might paddle backwards,
- people at the helm to make it understood,
- all the team to overcome the false consensus effect,
- the journey might not be easy and impediments may arise,
