System That Is Adapted to the Majority of Efficient Peoplefleeting
When going into small companies, I tend to see:
- at first very loose rules,
- then some people doing dumb things,
- then more rigid rules,
- then people feeling bad about the dumb rules,
Could we imagine a system where the rules are still loose and deal with the particular cases while leaving the efficient workers alons, rather that adjusting the rules to deal with the few exceptions and in the mean time disturb the efficient workers as well?
