Fleetingfallacy when people learn an easy to grasp stories and believe in its feeling of truthness, without putting the required effort to decide whether it is true or not.
It is a heuristic not to check everything we believe in. It becomes a fallacy when we don’t realize this is an heuristic and start confusing aliefs with beliefs.
