According to Vasco Duarte, a team should be focused on one single goal. According to him, then the collaboration will spontaneously emerge and people will be engaged. He uses the metaphor of a collaborative sport, where a teammate suddenly stops playing. Players would not be able to play with focus if they know that sometime their teammates won’t be committed anymore.
