Simple app to pair Wii remotes with Android devices
The connection is a bit touchy.

After the wiimote is connected and appears in the list of connected devices, the lights do not stop flashing and no app or emulator detects the wiimote
That is an issue with your device’s Bluetooth stack and there’s unfortunately nothing this app can do about it. Wii remotes do not appear to be compatible with all manufacturers’ devices.
After several attempts, it eventually connects without continuously blinking. It may take an hour of disconnecting/reconnecting, making the whole thing useless.
