people doing easy to understand stuff have a broader impact that people that simply state the facts. Yet to do a good job of doing stuff easy to understand, people need those less easy work. Both work together. We should not despise one and adopt the other.
Anatomy book provide visually nice looking drawings. But should they be wrong, they would not be useful.
