Estimation Priests

Fleeting

  • #NoEstimate,
  • nous sommes de mauvais estimateurs,
  • planning fallacy,

People want to have estimations, even when experience show that those bring little value (or maybe not at all).

Those have lost perspective and consider estimation as a final objective rather than an objectif instrumental to have better predictions.

Those I call the estimation priests, because I think that estimation has become their religion.
