Don't Create a CI That Is Hard to Run on Your Machine Anymore

I warmly suggest that we reduce the github action, gitlab CI, circleci… setup to a bare minimum.

It should basically install earthly, and run it.

That way, you can run the same thing in your computer.

Using earthly satellite, you can even ensure that you use the exact same computer to run those.
