In case I don’t agree with a team consensus, I need to let it know and try to prove that I am right by work in the decision I disagree with. This way, either

1. it works, and we are happy and I can admit that I might have been wrong,
2. it does not work, and this goes in the sense of my prior knowledge.

In case I did not commit, either

1. it works, but I feel ashamed not giving it credit,
2. it does not work, but I cannot tell if I was right because I did not committed.

In case I disagree on the commitment itself, then I think there is nothing I can do (comment concilier appartenance à un groupe et valeurs individuelles ?).
