Fleeting

An entity that have identifiable horizons of commitment.

It may be a single person, using a method like the gtd. Or a group of people, that I call a team.

To my mind, a group of people that

1. have a same horizon of focus,
2. agreed on having this same horizon of focus,
3. consciously work together to reach that same horizon of focus,
