One can find the instruction book by a quick search on the internet (here for a local copy).
By doing the same process as in how to create a booklet from a pdf, I can print a nice booklet. But, unfortunately, it is only the second book of instructions.
By digging a little deeper, one can find both instruction manuals in a third party site.
After a few wget commands, I can get all the images.
And then here is in my mind a more user friendly way of showing them, using lightgalleryjs.
Then, using gscan2pdf, I can get a PDF instruction book, and doing the booklet thing again, obtain this nice booklet:
